All inbound and combined routes will be closed at approximately noon on Thursday.  These will be the routes on the NW side and the SW side up to and including 8th Ave.  The outbound routes, which will be the combined routes and everything south of 8th Ave and the SE side, will close Friday morning before 6 a.m.  Everything will start to be opened back up between noon and 2 p.m. on Friday.
